Madison Genesis will line up with a strong eight-rider team at the Klondike GP in Guisborough, on Sunday 14 April.
Ian Bibby, Mike Cuming, Matt Holmes, Johnny McEvoy, Tom Moses, Erick Rowsell, Connor Swift and Joey Walker are the riders selected.
Serving as the curtain-raiser for the 11-round British road series, the race also begins the season-long qualification process for the 2019 Tour of Britain for British-based UCI Continental teams.
Add in that this will be the first time every British team competes head-to-head in 2019, the Klondike GP will set the tone for the domestic season – and all riders will be looking to impress.
The third edition of the Klondike GP starts from Guisborough at 1330 and returns, 169-kilometres later for the finish.
Over four hours, 151 riders will complete a series of three long laps and one shorter circuit, passing through towns, villages and windswept desolate moorland before the winner is decided.
A race of two characters, the semi-rural route has at its heart the main climb of Liverton.
The three kilometre test will be faced three times by riders, followed by a fast descent which brings them to Saltburn.
Here, a shorter, sharper climb with a stunning coastal backdrop awaits the peloton, followed by a fast run-in to the finish.
Last year the race quickly split up, with groups forming across the Liverton climb – and a similar, divisive scenario is expected again on these grippy roads.
Fans will be able to follow the team’s progress on Twitter and Facebook, with live updates. A highlights show will also air on British Eurosport at a later date.
